Command

To act within the limits defined by the orders and guidelines of the Fleet Headquarters, in order to ensure proper organization, command, operational training, maintenance and in general the readiness of its vessels and services, aiming always to contribute the best way possible, to the mission assigned to the Fleet Headquarters.
